Induction Furnace

Introduction：

To achieve the melting and casting function, a set of industrial-use frequency induction furnace is consisted of furnace body, refractory material, feeding system, cooling system, inductor, electrical control system and ingot casting system. This equipment is mainly used in melting and thermal insulation procedures of Pb, Zn, Cu and cast iron.

Features：

(1)Dismountable inductor, easy to replace.

(2)Special structure of melting channel ensures the small temperature difference between the molten metal and the hearth, which makes longer service life of the inductors.

(3)The furnace wall is poured by low cement material, which has better integrity and sealing property.

(4)Equipped with Overvoltage and overcurrent protection devices, when the cooling air temperature of inductor is too high, the furnace has automatic alarm and shutdown function.
